Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of siliconspirit.studio. They do not govern any work we do for you; that is covered by the agreement we sign together.

1. Who runs the site

siliconspirit.studio is operated by ETTICO LABS SRL, trading as Silicon Spirit Studio, registered in Romania under J2021005582403, with its office at Strada Pitar Moș nr. 27, et. 5, ap. 17, Sector 1, 010452 Bucharest. Contact: hello@siliconspirit.studio. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What the site is for

The site describes our services and shows work we have done. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or professional advice. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the work.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, images and video on the site belong to ETTICO LABS SRL or are used with permission. Client names, logos and product screenshots appear with the consent of the clients concerned and remain their property. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Availability and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it stands. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ETTICO LABS SRL is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you deal with us as a consumer, the protections of your local law apply in addition to these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute about them is heard by the courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to bring a claim where they live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
